Common questions.

Do you work on sites built by someone else?

Yes. Most of my clients arrive with a site someone else built. I review it first, then tell you honestly what's worth keeping.

What if I don't have admin access?

That's common. If you own the hosting account, I can help you recover access safely. I'll guide you step by step.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are monthly with 30 days' notice. I'll hand over backups and documentation when you leave.

How fast do you respond in an emergency?

Basic plans get a reply within 48 hours, Standard within 24, and Premium the same day. If your site is down, tell me in the first line of your message.

Can you fix a hacked site?

Yes. I clean the infection, close the entry point, restore from a clean backup, and harden the site so it's much harder to repeat.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer in IDR, and international transfer in USD or EUR. Other options can be discussed.

Will you change my design without asking?

Never. Every visual change is agreed with you first, and every update is backed up so it can be reversed.
